MENTORING
For Intensive Part 2024/2025, we are developing a mentoring program to connect our participants with our alumni with several years of experience in consulting or another relevant field!

Mentoring program 2024/25
In this year's Intensive Part, we are renewing the tradition of the mentoring program, which brings a significant opportunity for our participants.
Thanks to this program, they will be able to draw on the rich experience of Club 307 graduates who work in the field of consulting or other relevant fields.
In this way, experts with several years of experience become mentors, who thus get the opportunity to pass on their accumulated knowledge and support mentees in their professional development.
Basic information:

Time frame: Mentor and mentee meetings will take place from February to May, with the frequency and format of meetings tailored to the individual needs of each pair.

Support for mentors: Each mentor receives materials with suggested topics that can serve as a basis for discussions during meetings.

Suggested topics: The main areas include career guidance consultation, preparation for interviews, or revising CVs and cover letters.

Pair Selection: Mentees and mentors will be matched based on mutual preferences, ensuring effective collaboration.

Introductory meeting: An offline event organized by Club 307 will take place in January 2025, where participants can get to know each other in person and create pairs based on personal preferences.
This mentoring program is a great opportunity to develop the career skills and personal growth of our members with the support of experienced professionals with a similar career focus.
